Creative leadership
transformal can solve professional challenges creatively in three ways:

- (b) by temporarily assuming responsibility or
- (c) delivery as a work
The company's areas of expertise are Strategy and Innovation and Communication. The delivery refers to formal or technical languages or a computer architecture.
Post-hoc analysis
In case (b), the company can provide a precise and understandable analysis of factual decisions. This serves

Further training
The company also offers systematic and scientific anchoring of delivered analyses. It offers up to 6 people a multi-day workshop, which is individually designed according to their field of work, interests and previous knowledge.
